Sick Visits
What is a sick visit?
No one likes the feeling of being sick or "under the weather". We understand with the changes in the weather, especially in the mid west you are prone to many temperature changes and different weather that impact your health. Come as see us if you have a runny nose, fever, cough,etc. We are well equipped and knowledgeable to help you on your way to feeling better.
What can you offer to help me feel better?
We are licensed by the state of Iowa to prescribe medication. We will work to educate you on the benefits of medication from a caring and compassionate view point. If this is something that fits your values, we are more than happy to find the right medication to help you start feeling better and back to being healthy.
If medication doesn't fit into your values, we will work to understand the view point that you have. We are always open to understanding your values and respect your decisions as you ultimately are the one who choices how you treat yourself. We understand new and often late breaking supplements, oils, vitamins, etc. are available and do serve a purpose to aid in the healing process. We caution that some of these are not tried, tested and authorized for use to treat your condition and they may or may not work.
We understand at the end of the day that God must bless the means we are entrusted with, and we believe medication and other alternatives fall in these means that He has provided.
What are the costs?
An initial sick visit costs on average $80 for the visit. This cost does not include any tests that may be required to help use diagnose and understand what is going on in your body. We offer a wide range of testing in our facility and they range from $30-$65 depending on the test. Click here to see what we offer.
