EXAMS

 An exam is an evaluation of your overall health. Our exam focuses on preventive care to assist you with getting good health or maintaining it. During your exam if we suspect a health concern or you have a concern, we may refer you to see a specialist or offer tests to learn more about your symptoms/concerns. Contrary to popular belief you do not need to be ill to get a physical exam.

We offer the following exams: yearly physicals and wellness for adults.

Below is a catch all bucket of exams that we offer:

• Well-check or wellness check.
• Checkup.
• Preventive care visit.
• Annual physical exam.
• Routine physical exam.
• Pre-employment physical exam.

We check your vital signs, height, weights, monitoring for wellness, identifying any disease patterns, basic lab work such as: CBC, Cholesterol, Electrolytes, and add-ons as necessary. We all go to the dentist (or at least should) every 6 months to a year to have our teeth checked. The same goes with your eye sight when you visit the eye doctor yearly for an exam. While teeth and eyes impact our lives in more noticeable ways such as cavities, toothaches, blurred vision, etc., it is still important to schedule a yearly exam to make sure you are examined for any thing that may come up or concerns that can be addressed before they turn into major issues.

An exam will cost between $100-$170. This cost does not include any labs that may be required.

We offer the following procedures in office for your convenience:

• Wart Removal with cryogenic freezing &/or 40% salicylic acid
• Mole Removal
• Dermabond for minor lacerations to the skin

• Wart removal involves using extremely cold liquid "ice"/nitrogen to freeze and kill the wart. 

• Removal of one (1) wart will cost around $350. We will guarantee that we can remove the wart  and it will not come back for one (1) year from last treatment of  wart not being visible. If you do not follow the treatment plan and keep your scheduled visits for treatment, then there is no guarantee.  We are the only ones that will guarantee this.
