- We are authorized to notarize your paper work if you elect to not have lead levels drawn and vaccinations. We understand and honor your beliefs.

- Physicals are an important part in your athletic students life. It is a great opportunity to make sure your athlete meets the minimum physical standards to play safely at their highest potential.
- Physicals for students who would like to play sports are required by the state of Iowa.
- Cost is $100
- Schools that we serve in the area include but not limited to: Rock Valley Christian, Rock Valley Public School, Western Christian High School, Hull Christian School, Boyden Hull Public School, Sioux Center Public School, Sioux Center Christian, etc.
